I found the training extremely helpful, especially the strategy behind understanding issues that clients have experienced with recruitment agencies or recruiters and what features we offer as a company that will ensure that they have a better experience using our services. I used this strategy in a client meeting later that day and managed to secure a role (2 days exclusivity), present candidates on that day and get interviews on the back of this. On the back of my success with this manager I have managed to pick up other roles around the business.
