A 4 hour workshop to help Recruiters understand more about their communication style and how to adapt their style to build stronger customer relationships and increase their ability to influence through a recruitment process.

Consultants who cannot adapt their communication style to match the preferred style of candidates and clients are destined for a life of disappointment.  

When a Recruiter does not have a strong relationship with a candidate they fall victim to ghosting, candidates turning down offers and more.  

Poor client relationships lead to a life of working non-exclusive business with clients that always look at their CV’s last.

This workshop is designed for Recruiters to learn more about their default communication style and how it positively and negatively impacts their ability to build relationships with others.   


This Course Will Help In The Following Ways

  • Recruiters should no longer feel as frustrated with candidates and clients when they don’t react how they want them to
  • Understand how their approach / behaviour impacts clients, candidates and peers (how someone hears you, feels about you, react and interacts with you)
  • Enable recruiters to identify their weaknesses and strengths, developing an understanding of how they can adapt their behaviour to achieve a different (better) result.
  • Enable recruiters to build long term relationships, eliminate”ghosting” by developing a relationship that can yield referrals and long-term business opportunities.
  • Identify when a client / candidate relationship may never work and pass the business on internally before losing totally losing the business opportunity.
  • Identify their own strengths but also the strengths of others within their team.
