I have over 15 years of recruitment and talent assessment experience spanning across public, private and charity sectors. I led recruitment of c-suite, senior management, IT, scientific and engineering professionals.
I have experience of leading continuous improvement processes in recruitment to save time, cost and to improve efficiency and candidate experience. I also have extensive experience of rolling out inclusive and safer recruitment initiatives to embed values and culture of organisations into talent attraction, selection and onboarding processes.
With experience in design and delivery of training for 1000+ people managers in 27 countries to deliver safeguarding, diversity and inclusion in recruitment, I am always learning and enjoy finding the right talent for our charity clients.
