Harry has been in Recruitment for 20 years. In 2004 Harry started Flair 4 Recruitment with his wife. Flair 4 Recruitment is now established as a leading provider to professional and financial services firms in the South West and beyond.
Alongside being Chairman of Flair 4 Recruitment, Harry runs ultra marathons and provides 1-2-1 coaching and accountability support to small agencies in the South West of England.

How we work with our Coaches
Our vision is to bring together the best independent coaches, trainers and consultants in the industry.
All our coaches run their own independent businesses, but recognise the benefits of collaborating with like-minded coaches who work in complementary disciplines or different geographies.
The Recruiting Gym acts as a platform for coaches to run their own online courses or mastermind groups.
Coaches may run live webinars and contribute content and comment to the community. Recruiting Gym may promote and processes payments for a Coach’s course and group but this in no way affects the individual identity of the Coach’s business. All Coaches are carefully selected based on their capability and cultural fit with the Recruiting Gym’s ethos.
